Return of the Passive Aggressive MIL
She's back, ya'll. I knew things had been too good as far as the IL's were concerned. She pulled this crap 6 weeks before our wedding. I thought for sure she wouldn't do it again since the baby is not only mine but her son's as well but I was quite mistaken. She has been making snide little comments for a couple weeks now. I brushed it off but apparently she said some pretty ugly things to MH regarding my baby shower and he told me about it last night. Now I'm pissed. You should all pray for her. Something like this will suffice:
Dear baby Jesus in a manger, please give MrsShoe the patience she needs to not murder her MIL over the next 5 weeks. We all know that patience is not her strong suit these days. And please supply MIL with a buffer zone and the ability to tell the difference between dumb sh!t coming out of her mouth and useful advice. Amen.

Dear baby Jesus in the manger, please supply MrsShoe with the patience asked for above and give her MIL the good sense not to tempt the limits of pregnancy hormones. However Lord, if you are unable for whatever reason to restrain either party, please let MrShoe capture the drama on film so that us nesties can watch MIL have her head torn off.

Haha, I won't go into too much detail b/c unless you know the WHOLE backstory, it doesn't make sense and I'll spare you all the novel. But she had some comments on how pricey things were that we registered for. That peeved me to no end. Combined with comments about some long running drama involving my SIL (who did not come to my shower).
She's just effing psycho sometimes. She has this whole insane "protection" thing going on with her family. She always thinks we are out to get my FIL and my SIL which is so effing dumb. Or she'll act like I'm out to "get" MH. She needs a hobby.
