Math dude walks up to chit-chat, no biggie. No leadin though, He says "so, are you a parent at all?" ( I think he knows I"m married and that's bout it. we're not tight. we chit chat; I've only known him to pick him out of a crowd for 3 months)
This isn't something I tend to discuss at work...it never ends well. And I'm still not wanting to out myself to everyone. (And I don't thnk he thinks i'm PG. No reason to. )
So I just say 'nope' and smile.
He says "so, do you not want kids or can you....er...or..."
I decide that letting him decide how to finish that sentence for like 12 seconds is just desserts. SO I don't say anything. ANd then I very brightly say "we just haven't gotten around to it yet"

I hae done the burst into tears thing...not intentionally but because it really CAN be that painful of a question.
And yeah, defintely PG....but I don't think I look it yet. I shouldn't, I still weigh less than I did when I got knocked-up; morning sickness = diet plan.
