WOW, Lore!  Even with everything that happened, and I know it must have been so scary, I'm so happy you and E came through healthy and happy!!! 

And, thank you for sharing your birth story (and thanks to all the other NovemMoms that have) because I know it's such a personal thing, and you don't have to.  So, I just wanted to say I appreciate hearing everyone's experiences.

Oh Lore, your birth story just brought tears to my eyes.  That must have been so scary to go through.  Glad you and Evan are safe.  Hope you are healing well and feeling better.  Can't wait to see more pics of Evan.

OMG Lore, I get tears in my eyes just reading that story. How terrifying. That was truly one of my biggest fears when giving birth, I"m so sorry that it happened for you. Like you said though, it was not the birth you dreamed of and planned, but he's worth it. Big old e-hugs for you. Hope recovery isn't too awful

Thank you for sharing such an intimate and personal story.  Such a scary thing.  We are all so happy that you and Evan are healthy and doing well.  Brings tears to my eyes to think of any other outcome.

Wow, how exciting but not in a good way!  I'm so glad everything turned out well, and you must have been terrified!

My mom had to have an emergency C-section with me and she said the same thing about how fast it all was.  She had no idea they could get a baby out that quickly, but it's a good thing they can!

Oh Lore, thank goodness you had the medical staff that you did!  I'm so happy to hear that Evan is ok and their quick response delivered him safely.  He is an adorable little man and I couldn't be happier for you!

Wow!  Scary.  But it sounds like your OB has a philosophy much like the practice that I use does: Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby.  And that's what it needs to be!
