Dear [Male] Coirker,

You are disgusting.

First of all, you are way to old to have a ponytail in the first place. But if you're going to try that look, at least have the decency to wash and comb it on occasion. Oh and when was the last time you cut it? 1990?

Second, your old clothes with all its holes are offensive.  We are professionals. No I do not expect you to wear a coat & tie. But it would be nice if you did not look like you live on the streets.

Thirdly, LIFTING UP YOUR SWEATER AND PICKING YOUR BELLY BUTTON LINT FOR 10+ MINUTES IN A MEETING IS GROSS. It makes it very hard for me to focus and lead a proper meeting when I can see you picking at your belly button. 

Please stop being so gross.
