After hearing so many people rave about the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, we bought it. H and I are reading it, and both have learned so much. It is nice that he is reading it, so I don't have to reiterate everything to him.
I'm still confused about a cover-line for a chart? Is that just like the best fitting regression line? Where you mimic the overall trend of the graph, leaving out funky data points (outliers)? H asked if he had to read the charting chapters and I laughed. I said you pretty much have to know how to do/read those if the whole FAM is going to work.

Min, I never bothered with a coverline because I used Fertility Friend and it calculated it for me automatically. That's the benefit to using a computer program. I think the book gives you Ovusoft, but after the free trial you have to pay for it. FF is free but basic.
It's like you're all speaking Chinese. I have no idea WTH you're talking about.

Amen to FF--it draws the lines for you.
Once you get the hang of it, yoiu can tweak things...like adjust the coverline and such. And it's just easier than charting by hand, IMO.
I just a friendly gal looking for options.
