Have you ever seen a show on Broadway? Have you seen a touring production of a Broadway show?
What is your favorite musical?
Re: 2/4 Broadway
Physically on Broadway I've seen Cats, Hello Dolly (with Carol Channing), Phantom of the Opera, and maybe a couple others... they all start to blend together.
In London I saw My Fair Lady, Les Mis, Mama Mia, and Oklahoma.
I've seen professional touring productions of Chicago, Phantom x3, Grease, Hairspray, Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar, Jacob and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (with AI's Amy Adams), Fiddler on the Roof, and tonight I'm going to see Wicked!
I've seen armature/regional productions of just about every other musical of any consequence. I'm such a nerd! I suppose Phantom of the Opera is my favorite based on the sheer number of times I've seen it, but I think I love Jacob just about equally. It's a rock opera and I can sing the whole thing through from opening to close.
I can't even list what I have seen. I did love the Lion King equally both in NYC and Boston. I loved Cats. I like Crazy for You. I have seen Annie a few times and always loved it. Grease was fun. Fiddler is always a good story.
I saw Dirty Dancing in Boston last winter and really liked it!
Not a Phantom of the Opera fan.
Off the top of my head I can remember seeing Beauty and the Beast and Grease and Rent on B'way in NYC. I saw Mama Mia in Las Vegas
I just saw Wicked at the Peace Center on Sunday.
Did you love Wicked? Someone at work saw it and really enjoyed it.
I have seen Movin Out on Broadway, and Grease, Oklahoma, and Damn Yankees in other random cities.

So excited to meet Amelia Catherine!
I've never seen a show on Broadway.
Dh and I went to see Avenue Q, and it was awesome!!
I saw Rent on broadway and Cats at the Peace Center.
I've seen Hairspray and Wicked on Broadway (Idina Menzel was Elphaba, Kristen Chenoweth was Galinda, and....joey mcIntire was fiyero-lol).
I've seen tours of Cats, Phantom of the Opera, and Grease. I'd love to go see the tour version of Wicked, but I think I might wait until it's in Charlotte later this year and go with my old roommate that still lives there.
MrsZ-let me know what you thought-my bet is that you loved it!!!! :-)
It was amazing. If I could afford it I would go back tonight... and tomorrow, and the next night...
