What vitamins/supplements do you take?

Re: What vitamins/supplements do you take?
Tired after a long morning of hiking and swimming.
Prenatal Multi- mostly for the iron, as I tend to get low and like to give blood, but also for the folic acid as I'll probably have a baby sooner or later. I discovered Costco sells them for $5/100, and my doctor says there is no real difference between the cheap ones and the $20+ ones. I have no problem with nausea.
Vit D - 1000 IU. I live up north. Again, my doctor said it was a good plan, especially from Oct. - Apr, and year round if I'm not working outdoors.
That's it for now. I occasionally use melatonin as a sleep aid.
I take VitaFusion gummy vitamins for adults, that I can get at Costco. They're delicious!
I take Lil' Critters Calcium + D gummy bear vitamins. They're for kids and made by the same company. They're even better than the adult vitamins. : ) Technically, I could be taking Calcium & Vitamin D gummies for adults made by Vitafusion, but my Costco doesn't carry those. So I substitute in the ones for kids that they do carry.
Here's what I take
DH and I both take this Schiff multi-vitamin for vegetarians -- it has things in it that a lot of veggies are deficient in
I take the Ultimate Omega Fish Oil + Vitamin D by Nordic Naturals
And finally, this min mint mouth spray for magnesium to help my migraines
I also drink 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar daily (mixed with water or apple juice) to help my allergies and asthma!
ETA: I suffer on and off from depression (the kind where i lay on the couch all day and watch tv since i have no motivation do anything) and I reallllyyyy think this combination has given me SO much more energy and i've felt better than i have in years! and i'd much rather take all of that than the effexor i used to be on.

i agree for the most part but after having some extensive bloodwork done, i came up deficient in B vitamins (hence the veggie multiple) and Vitamin D....Vitamin D is especially hard to get since I'm in the PNW and there's like no sun here. Yes, I can get vitamin B in foods and I do, but I'm still deficient. Oh, iron too. I eat very well but am still deficient, so for me supplements are the best option
Not to mention ever since going on magnesium, I have only had ONE migraine which is amazing for me. I wish it was as easy as getting it all through the foods I eat.

I didn't take anything for the loongest time, but now I take
A multi (low dose, none of that mega stuff)
Additional calcium twice a day
And I need to get more fish oil capsules. I keep forgetting when I'm in the store, but I can definitely tell the difference in frequency and degree of joint pain when I've been taking it regularly.

I take a multi, fish oil, D, and Co-Q10, when I think about it. We have families with high blood pressure and cholesterol, and Co-Q10 may be heart healthy, so we both take it.
Here's something I read a while back that I thought was interesting:
