I made my own, too. I'm actually thinking of making some for a friend as a housewarming gift, so she has something to cover her windows until she buys her "real" drapes. Hmm, I might have to run to the fabric store tonight.
We just got the Sears weekly ad and they have The Country Living Lace Window collection on sale here in HI and the Whole Home window collection on sale.

I got ours at Bed Bath n Beyond. They always have some that are on sale as well. They are fabulous quality. A little pricier than I would have liked but I did use one of their 20% off coupons. That helped a bit.
Something to point out is I have bought cheapo ones before and really regretted it!
And if I knew how to sew and was crafty like that....ooh I'd be all over that. That sounds like so much fun!
