Sadly, I was hoping this was some update about the freak from America's Next Top Model.

I am referring however to a man named Jade. Why would you name your son Jade?

I have, but I think we both live in NC.  That's probably the underlying issue.

There was a male fawn named Jade in "Growing Up Sitka Deer".  I thought that was girly too.

I'm clear out on the coast (not Wilmington). 

I'm admittedly vague because of the combination of living in a fairly small town and doing work that has some public impact.  I worry about being recognized.

I would be epic, since getting to you guys is a little bit of a pain.  But it may happen as my BIL and SIL live out there.  We've been trying to get our act together and visit.

Well, Candi lives in/near Raleigh. Heffa and I both live in/near CLT. And I understand cryptic "you can't know where I live"

 

I tend to want to avoid random strangers on the interwebs see everything I do and be able to pin it on me. I prefer anonymity until I get to know someone first. Since this is a public forum, you'll never see my actual face on here, nor would I give out personal info (name, FI's name, even pets names) on here.

Part of what I miss about living in a metropolitan area being able to write things like "I live in the CLT area".  The county I live in has fewer residents than the college town where I was as an undergrad.  I feel kind of exposed, for lack of a better term.

I'll have to keep an eye on my meeting schedule.  That's usually what gets me out to the western parts of the state.  I'd like to be part of a GTG.
