Picked up my first share last night!
I got an onion, two apples, lettuce, bock choi, a mushroom, sweet potatos, and two heads of lettuce!
I'm going to cook the bock choi so it doesn't spoil, and figure something to do with the lettuce, cause I got nothin!

Sounds good! Well lettuce... salad!! I eat a lot of salads. I make pretty creative ones, but I also just like lettuce with some salt and rice vinegar/oil or lemon/mustard. Yeah, I'm weird.
