complaint against ESC
Does anyone know where I can make a complaint against the ESC department? My unemployment check was not processed properly by the ESC department of raleigh and they admit it but no one seems to care but me. No returned calls and no effort to resolve the problem. Can someone steer me in the right direction to have this resolved?
