Help with our house!
We just found out today that the offer we put on a house was accepted! The house is in Arlington, and we are so excited.
I have set up inspection for Monday, because we have a short option period. I called A-Action Home Inspection. They seemed very professional. Has anyone else used them, or do you have suggestions of other companies -- if so, what are their costs?
Also, home owner insurance suggestions?

I have a great inspector that is reliable and very good and very reasonable!!! I am a Realtor and cant stress how important the inspection is. I had an ispection he did today and it was $270 for an 1800sq ft house with a sprinkler and then $70 for termite.
