Brunch recs

I want to take DH to brunch on Valentine's day and want to make a reservation soon.  Does anyone have any ideas for reasonably priced but fabulous brunch places in downtown Portland or NE/SE?

Fenouil...yuuummm! I also love Mothers Bistro downtown, but even with a reservation, they are very disorganized and packed, it's crazy there. I just went to Madison's on SE 9th ish.', it was pretty good, and bottomless mimosas for $7 makes me happy!

  • I love Besaw's on NW 23rd.  Yummy coffee, great service.  Not too pricey.

Jake's Grill downtown.  Delicious biscuits and omletes.

I second Jen on Mother's Bistro, great French press coffee.

Pine State Biscuits looks really good too, but I have not yet been.
