Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Is it overstepping your bounds
to point out that you think coworker/boss/person in the office may have a melanoma and needs to get it checked out?
It's not dark, but I've watched it grow exponentially. I'm assuming if it grows that much that even *I* notice that he's probably noticed it, but I'm curious what you guys think.
Re: Is it overstepping your bounds
I'm usually a "mind your own business" kind of person, but with this being a man, and we know they will use the "it's no big deal" attitude.
I say mention it to him. He might need that final push to go get it checked out. Yeah, he could give you a side eye for asking, but that's ok.
