This makes me happy
So when we moved to this little (very) conservative town, I was afraid we would have trouble finding a church that preached Fox News inspired hate from the pulpit. But we searched around and joined the one that didn't turn us off with pastors that sounded like televangelists and that had at least a little bit of diversity in the congregation.
I'm FB friends with our minister. I saw this morning that he just joined a pro gay marriage group on FB. Yay for church leaders willing to stand up for what they know is right and not giving in to the hate and fear! I already knew that we picked the right place, but this is just one more confirmation.
I just a friendly gal looking for options.
