Delayed Christmas gift (PIP!)
Our "Christmas gift" arrived a day early... on Christmas eve morning! Surreal doesn't begin to describe my reaction as I was absolutely convinced AF was coming! And Christmas eve of all days to see a BFP was incredible! I'm nearly 11 weeks along so not quite out of the woods yet but I couldn't hold off any longer 
My first ultrasound won't be for another few weeks and we won't hear the heartbeat until Feb 23rd. Yep, in Canada we don't do ultrasounds right away unless there are complications... such a bummer since I can barely wait any longer. Please don't mention anything on FB as we haven't told our families the news and DH's parents don't know yet (we are waiting to see them in person, my parents do know).

OMG!!!! I almost didn't open this post because I didn't want to see one more lucky lady get a diamond eternity ring (or earrings) as a gift!!!
Well I am glad I did... It took a second for the photo to register. I can't believe you've been holding out on us! LOL. Good for you.
Very excited for you both. You have a lot to look forward to. Except for when your baby is sick and spews snot and when your hair falls out. Those parts = not so great. But the rest is amazing!!!

I can't believe how many of you girls have gotten pregnant since we all first "met". SO fun! I know you'll keep us updated!
