Poll: Bachelorette Party?

did you have one? if so, what did you do? if you didnt have one...what would your dream bachelorette include?

Re: Poll: Bachelorette Party?

  • I went out to dinner and then to a great lesbian dance place.  It was fun and I had a home made ball and chain and a very nice devil veil.  I didn't think I wanted one but it was fun and nice to see friends before the weddingl

  • I don't know if it's 'bachlorette party' but Julie and I are having a large bar crawl with the wedding to party, to numerous gay bars in the Cedar Rapids area. We will be wearing awesome shirts, and having fun. With so many mutual friends we wouldn't have any other way.

  • We're going to LIPS (a drag bar in NYC) w/ C's sister, her bf, and about 6 friends Fri night. closest thing to it.
  • We had a naughty joint one.  All of our friends straight, gay, and everything in between went to the strip club with us.  It was a blast.  We drank way too much and fiance rolled down a hill and tore ACL so that was bad but it was an experience to say the least.
We had three BFN in the Fall of 2011. It is back on to some baby making come June. Swim little fellas, SWIM!!!!
  • We didn't have one. A couple of my straight male friends talked about taking us to a strip club (I wouldn't have done it alone!), but nothing ever materialized. I would imagine it was in part that they didn't plan for it, and in part because I was waaaayyy too sick the day before the wedding for a party of any kind.

  • I am American but currently live on the otherside of the pond with my beautiful now wife and over here they call it a hen party.

We flu down from where we live in Scotland to Birmingham in England and actually made a weekend of it.  The whole bridal party 7 girls, us, plus a few others spent the whole weekend drinking and clubbing.  It was fab.  We had two limos one pink and one white.  Oh and it was all a surprise to us that my babies best friend Alicia came up with and planned for us all.

  • too funny - my best friend (and MOH) is also named Alicia :)
  • Welll I don't know if this counts but the Thursday everyone arrived in Ptown we all went out drinking and dancing.  I wore a crown and had a princess wand (because my bm's rule!) and got really wasted.  But, it was a ton of fun because it was all our friends and siblings.  If the wedding wasn't a destination wedding though I don't think anything like that would have materialized.
