Coming to DW next week, talk to me about packing....
Hi girls!
I am a D&R regular Nestie from RI--the D&R girls suggested I ask you.
I'm coming to Orlando a week from today. I've looked at weather.com for weather previews, and it looks like the weather could go either way.
What should I bring? Is it cool in the morning and evening? Should I pack a lot of long pants? Like one pair of jeans and chinos? Flip flops too cool for right now? Ponchos & baseball cap for sure.
Stressing in RI!
TIA for suggestions!

Re: Coming to DW next week, talk to me about packing....
The weather has been kind of erratic lately. For example, it was kind of hot this week, like up in the 80s, then it cooled down to be chilly this weekend (light jacket or coat weather).
I'd probably suggest packing a mix of light layers you can take on and off, including a light jacket. You could pack sandals or flip-flops, but bring closed-toed shoes, too, since it probably won't be warm enough to wear them the entire time. (Also, make sure your shoes are comfy. You do A LOT of walking at WDW). I'm kind of cold-natured, so I'd probably wear pants all week, but if you get hot really easily, you might pack some jeans and some lighter pants or shorts or capris.
The good news is that there are plenty of places to get out of the heat and cold at Disney, so even if you don't dress quite right, it's not that hard to warm up or cool down when you need to. Plus there are always cold drinks or hot beverages available all around the park.
Have fun on your vacation! Disney is great!
That is a hard trip to pack for. You will probably be able to tell better at the end of the week. You may need some warm weather and cool weather clothes. I just spent the past 5 days at one of the resorts with some family who are here from Mi....they were all freezing yesterday and today.
Have fun, we'll be back at a different resort next weekend:) I can't wait!
