anyone been to Canobie lately?

Have you done the water park section?

DH and I are thinking about bringing Alex this weekend if hte weather looks good. I don't expect him to go on slides, obviously, but just splashing around will be a blast for him. We took him last year just to look around (he was only 4 mos) and he really enjoyed himself from the stroller. I know he'll definitely try the carousel this year, but not sure about any other rides, so I want to know that we'll get our money's worth from our tickets at the water park area.

TIA! :)

Re: anyone been to Canobie lately?

  • I'm not sure about the water park area.  I won tickets from work, so DH and I wanted to take Brianna there on sunday and I was also wondering how the water park was for little kids..  So I'll be curious to see what people say.. = )
  • We have. The water park is ok. The water is definitly freezing (even when its 100 out). They have 2 little water slides side by side for the little ones, but the jets at the top of the slides freaked her out. Plus they wont let you go down them with child in lap. So we basically walked around it since the water is shallow, it was refreshing. I hope that helps.  Other than that we always have a blast on the rides and the kiddie area is wonderful.
