Best moment at your wedding? Aside from the obvious walk down the aisle, probably the car ride to the reception and when we pigged out together in the bridal suite. We were just giddy the whole time, so unbelievably happy to be married and excited for the party ahead of us. It was such a great feeling.
Do you have any kids? Do you want kids? Not yet, but we are working on it!
Any pets? We have an almost five year old Silky Terrier named Chewbacca. He is, quite possibly, the most spoiled dog on Earth.
Reason behind your nestie name? Eli, my nickname, and Star, my middle name.
Favorite restaurant? I loooove Town Kitchen and Bar, where my DH used to work before his company opened the new restaurant. But I also love Akashi, and can probably eat sushi for every meal and never get bored of it.
Favorite ice cream flavor? Birthday cake from Coldstone - Yum!
Whatcha wearin today? Taupe slacks, a beige cami, a dark brown baby doll cardigan and dark brown leather boots, with this opal kind of bracelet and stud earrings.
Valentine's Day Plans? None, really. DH will be working since it's a busy restaurant holiday.

Valentine's Day Plans? Don't really have any. Financially can't afford anything, but will probably just surprise hubby with a romantic home picnic. (sandwiches and chips, oh so "gourmet" lol)

The heart shaped pancakes seem like such a great idea!! Is there a particular recipe you like ? I'm great at cooking but I always seem to mess up on pancakes. They never ever come out fluffy :-(
How do you make them into a heart shape? do you need a mold?

Honestly I just use the Hungry Jack mix. I've never had problems with making pancakes. You know if you add seltzer water in place of the liquids you will get super fluffy pancakes. We tried this once a few weeks ago and they were good.
As for the heart mold, I bought a box of 4 heart shaped cookie cutters at Target for 2.99 The biggest of them is perfect for pancakes. I'm going to first try and pour the batter in it and if that doesnt work then I'm going to have to just cut them out, lol.
Today I went to my local tj maxx though and saw the mold specifically for pancakes for 2.99
I'll play even though I haven;t officially crossed over!
