OMG... it was interesting to say the least...
I think I was to 4 Goodwills, about 6-7 thrift shops and 2 flea markets-all in the span of 2 days!
I did get to go to a Pandora Jewelry store and get my 'present' from me to me for working out a full month, but that's pretty much the jist of our time away...
funny... the area (which was really nice) was full of brand new developments for the most part, larger shopping centers -vs strip malls and I don't think I saw one car dealership there-let alone a used one! We also were surprised there were no Catholic Churches-interesting-not that we were looking for one, but they were all Protestant ones.
I also get 'giddy' when I can go into a supermarket and see the wine and beer just hanging out there! (Ya can't do that in PA)
And I saw an ad for your Urbana place, too.
Awesome! I'm glad it was fun!! And there's nothing better than a gift to yourself =D.
Oh yeah, there are like 4 Catholic churches in the whole state I think...lol. It's mostly Baptist down here. I love going to new places and seeing the grocery stores too! I find it intersting to see the different names and comparing which is like which back home. Bi-Lo is like ShopNSave and Ingles is like Kroger.
