Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

BigLaw associates - how did you tell them u were pregnant?
Just wondering the when, and how (i.e., how you decided which partners to tell first), and what I should expect the conversation to be like (what did you say, and what did they say?). TIA

Anyway, from what I've seen around here with my prego/new mom coworkers, you first tell your direct supervising partners, then HR, then whoever the heck you want. People here got 3 months mat leave. I don't know honestly whether any of it was paid. Most of them were expected to be available by cell/email virtually the whole time. Good luck!
