Description: | Our Lisle, Illinois office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two Directors of National Accounts. This position is responsible for providing a high level of professional, administrative and organizational assistance. Unique challenges with this opportunity include the fact that both Directors have heavy travel schedules and are located in different offices (Lisle, Il and Indianapolis, Indiana). Duties and responsibilities include: 1) Process sales agreements and monitor the agreement log; 2) Prepare correspondence, including letters, proposals, reports, spreadsheets, presentations and agreements; 3) Manage, track and provide relevant communication on marketing campaigns and assigned projects; 4) Monitor appointment schedule, follow-ups and deadlines for agreements and/or proposals via a client management system; 5) Prepare sales files, maps, brochures and other items; 6) Research data using the Internet and other sources to provide targeted company information on clients and prospects; 7) Provide telephone support, communicating with clients, prospects and internal service staff; 8) Create and update sales management reports; 9) Develop an in-depth knowledge of our service offerings and delivery, and a basic knowledge of state and local tax issues. Qualifications: 1) The ideal candidate will have 3+ years administrative experience, preferably supporting outside sales working with large corporate accounts. 2) Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. 3) Prior experience working with a client management system such as SalesForce.com, ACT or OMS is highly desired and working with this type of system will be a job requirement. 4) Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. 5) Highly desired traits include the ability to multi-task, set priorities and organize work to complete the most critical assignments in a timely and efficient manner |
