DH and I just moved from Nashville, TN to Dallas/Ft. Worth.
I don't know anywhere here that sells white cheese dip (restaurants)... do you??
I'm craving it.
Re: White cheese dip?
I can't think of any off the top of my head, but with google, I found Nuevo Leon:
http://www.nuevoleonrestaurant.net/
Don Pablo's (only a few DFW locations)
http://www.donpablos.com/
You could always write in and ask Nancy Nichols from Side Dish:
http://sidedish.dmagazine.com/
and in TX, you might have better luck calling it "queso blanco"
Luna de Noche has it. They call it "Queso Flameado." They make it tableside by pouring liquor over the cheese, lighting it on fire and then mixing up all of the fixin's.
Also, Amigo's in Richardson has it, but not the flaming kind
