White cheese dip?

DH and I just moved from Nashville, TN to Dallas/Ft. Worth.

I don't know anywhere here that sells white cheese dip (restaurants)... do you?? 

I'm craving it.

Luna de Noche has it.  They call it "Queso Flameado."  They make it tableside by pouring liquor over the cheese, lighting it on fire and then mixing up all of the fixin's.

Also, Amigo's in Richardson has it, but not the flaming kind

I make my own w/ 2 blocks of cream cheese and 2 cans of rotel in a crockpot.  My husband likes when I add sausage to it, crumbled up cooked breakfast sausage.
