Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Seriously? I come in to my office at 9am. By 9:45 I have a raging headache. The receptionists wear too much perfume and scents that are too heavy. One of them is a smoker and the combination of perfume and smoke smell is enough to make me want to die.
Here's to day 2 this week of my headache.

I think you've posted about this before? So it's obviously affecting you physically, which in turn can affect your work performance.
If you don't want to directly, i'd say at least mention that scents/perfumes give you migraines.
This from a person who used to smoke. She may not realize it bothers you. I notice now that I use less perfume and smell better. Back then I didn't think about it much. I also have a LOT less migraines. Hooray!
