I have been eating so horribly the last few days I have been to embarrassed to post.
Today:
B- Oatmeal w/ blueberries
L-pasta or a burrito (have not decided but I have both in the freezer at work)
S- banana, orange and pita chips
D- more of my yummy creamy mushroom pasta
I ran last night so I will take tonight off but I will probably do a little weight lifting.
B- Grits and 1pc. of toast
S- coffee
L- popcorn
S- Lasaugna(sp?)- from the microwave... DH loves it, it's ehh...ok I guess.
B: Kashi heart to heart cereal, green tea
L: Roasted red pepper and tomato soup, Kashi crackers, Laughing Cow lite cheese wedge
S: red bell pepper strips
Activity: 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight lifting
I had a 3 day weekend this weekend, and actually did quite well! We worked out on Saturday and Sunday, and went for a long walk on Monday. I ate a very healthy diet with the exception of 1 cupcake on Saturday and 1 on Sunday (birthday party and Superbowl party), and I've managed to avoid alcohol for a whole week, which is amazing for me, so I'm very proud of myself!
THAT is a feat in itself! (as I recall going to the liquor store yesterday for some vino... )
B-skinny bun eggbeaters breakfast
S-banana
L-(right now), veggies, Boca burger on skinny bun, SF Jello pudding (dulce de leche-yum!), maybe an apple or carrots later on...
D-not sure cause DH took the venison chili (at least 3 servings worth) to work-WHA?!? soup?
A-strength training and then I'm supposed to have hula hoop class tonight, but... snow snow snow snow SNOW!!!! (think White Christmas movie song when they're on the train...)
Y-did W5D1 again-my a$$ was dragging.
It's killing me, but it's really helping with the calorie restriction! I'm only doing this for 10 days total, and then I'm allowing myself a small glass of wine a night again :P
B: Yogurt and an apple
L: Turkey sammich with chips on the side
Workout: Walk a mile
Yesterday: I did terrible! I got taco bell for dinner and I didn't work out at all. I was working all night till 10....
B- egg white omelet w/lf cheese
S- 2 Wasa wg crackers
L- tuna, baby carrots w/hummus
S- not sure yet
D- not sure yet, spinach salad w/fixins
Activity- Firm video
Yesterday- stuck to the plan
B: Chocolate Cheerios w/skim milk, banana, Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate
Lunch: Tuna on wholewheat, Baked Lays, Apple
Snack: Trader Joe's 50% Less Salt Mixed Nuts
Dinner: Trader Joe's marinated chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, green beans
Yesterday: Stayed on track eating, but didn't get on the treadmill.
