Supposedly the doctors don't know what happened, and are just calling it dehydration.

I've been on the fraud boat before too, but then I think about just how much effort it would take to fake a that blog, Dan's blog, both their facebook pages, and Dan's twitter account. So she's either real or she's absolutely psychotic.

The doctors don't know. Which basically means the kid was dehydrated so severely he went into a coma, and the doctors know that if they alert her to her own crazy she'll probably kill herself and her kids and her H, so they've secretly submitted the case to CPS who is now building a strong case to have her institutionalized, her H put into a guardianship situation because he clearly is unable to live alone, and introduce real meat, cheese, and vegetables into the children's lives.

My vote is with WW though.  She probably doesn't even want to admit to herself that she caused his illness.

I am sure the doctors at least speculated as to what may be wrong. You don't leave the hospital without a dx and follow-up instructions. However, I am certain that she misrepresented herself to the doctors, because she is clearly delusional.
