YES, they are working on shoveling/plowing sidewalks--if you' notice, it's still snowing. They made their last pass in front of this Bldg 45 min ago; they're working on it but it's MI in winter, there will be snow on the sidewalks on occasion.
And for the love of pete, just call the weather hotline number that's plastered all over--the fact that it says "no cancellations re: weather" should be a hint that I don't have better information than that.
