finally
Got our marriage license in the mail yesterday! Coming from within the USA (OC to OC) it took from Dec. '09 to yesterday for it to arrive. ??? Someone was laying down on the job ::ahem, post office, ahem:: Yeah, apparently there was glitch with the mail forward I had set up when I moved... the post office sometimes does & sometimes doesn't forward official business type mail, and mine fell into the "sometimes doesn't" category.
