cruise websites

I'm looking for websites that have deals/reviews of cruises & cruise lines.

I want to take a Caribbean cruise, but for $$ reasons DH wants to do a Mexican Riviera cruise because it will be cheaper for us since we live in So Cal and therefore won't have to add the additional cost of airfare to the cruise cost.

I mainly just want to take a relaxing vacation with my husband, something that can be like our honeymoon since we really didn't get one in Cancun.

So please share your cruise resources with me ladies! Big Smile

TIA.

Re: cruise websites

  • I've never cruised but the one that comes to mind is cruisecritic.com

    HTH!

    Anniversary
  • The boards at Cruise Critic are great for reviews and figuring out which itinerary and ship you want to use.

cruisecompete.com is a good place to get good deals once you already have a specific cruise in mind.  Just be sure to read the fine print if you decide to go with one of the cruisecompete agencies, because some have a lot of fees if you need to cancel or change anything, and some of them will honor price drops while others will not.

agreed!!  and directlinecruises.com is also a good site.
  • Thanks ladies! I went onto cruisecritic.com and they definitely quoted me the cheapest prices than anywhere else online. The problem is just that pesky deposit that we aren't quite ready to put down yet, so we're waiting until we have it saved up (because I don't want to charge it) and then we'll be booking.
