Overview:
Assist Asset Managers in your region with Cash Flow and Valuation Modeling using the Dyna modeling software (an Argus product) and with maintaining current reliable data in the Atlas Data Base of Investment, Deal and Property information.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Check Dyna Administration Report and Cure Exceptions
2. Assist Asset Managers with day to day operations
3. Model New Deals in Dyna & enter in New Deals Log found on the Dyna Administration Report
4. Archive Closed or Refinanced models
Quarterly Responsibilities:
5. Assist Asset Managers in curing quarterly Atlas Exceptions and Due/Overdue Exceptions
