Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

What does Suze Orman offer?
In regards to the legal paperwork she offers? DW and I haven't done anything to legally protect ourselves in case of emergency and I wanted to know if she offers something we can use or if it's necessary for us to work with a lawyer.

I haven't used her forms but I think TwoTrue?? has, she might be able to help.
We used some generic fill-in type forms and had them notarized. I would be happy to share them if Suze doesn't work for you.
