It's 16 degrees and snowing.  There are 16" of snow on the ground, the roads are a mess, and we are still under a level 2 emergency.  Some guy is dressed in what looks like a wetsuit with a camelback water pack.  He's run back and forth in front of the house 4 times now. 

Our hills are a b!tch once.  Dude's ass is going to HURT tomorrow.

Passing once, maybe but he's gone by 4 times.  Wouldn't that get boring?

Yes, but apparently his day calls for a hill run.  I'd say you'll see him a total of 8 times.
