Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Returned to work today .........
and i'm so not happy about it! Time has just flown by and my 12 week maternity leave just came and went so fast! It was really hard to leave her this morning but luckily it was just with my mom and not at daycare. I get to work mostly from home until daycare begins on september 2nd but its still was so hard. I walked into my office today and was like "did i ever leave!" oh well, i hate that i have to go back, but there is just no way i can stay home due to finances. i just dread having to leave her at daycare in 3 weeks!

Wow - that was fast! Can't believe that she is old enough for your leave to be up already!!!
Don't worry, she'll be fine and so will you!
I'm actually pretty surprised that they don't have on-site employee childcare at the Andover facility at least - KWIM? Wouldn't that be nice?
That did go by fast! I hope you found a place that you feel comfortable with though at least! And it will get easier each day, really it will!
Now if you both think child care on site would be a good thing, I happen to know someone with great credentials and experience in starting up a child care center who doesn't live all that far from Andover and would love to hook up with a big comany and grow her business:) And for any Nesties who might currently use this care, the smaller site would stay open too:)
