Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We ordered some office stuff. Packing List says-1 was ordered, 1 was shipped, we were charged for 1. Total? $1,456. Why the hell did we receive 3 of everything? That will be Strike1.
Called the company to get return labels and return the things we don't need. Dumb heffa on the phone is acting like I'm getting on her damned nerves and talking to me like I'm stupid. "I'm trying to read someone else's notes about this order and it's hard. It says here that you ordered 1 of everything. It's not tha big of a deal. Oh, wait. You were indeed charged for 3 of everything." Total? $4,368. OH.HELL.NO That will be Strike 2.
She said everyone is getting ready to go home for the day, so she'll have to call me tomorrow. Excuse me? Strike 3. Your ass is OUT.
Now I get to explain why an order that was 5k is now well over 9k with no resolution beyond, "CSR said she'll call me tomorrow." Yay, memories!
