Princess Half Marathon

Anyone doing the Princess Half Marathon? It's less than a month away!!! I'm so excited this is my first time doing it!?

I am running the 5k . Someday I would like to run in a half marathon.

I'm not running, but i'll be there cheering ya'll who are running! My Bff & I signed up to volunteer for the event! I forget what the crew we are on is called, but i think its basically cheering the runners on! I REALLY wanted to run...then i saw the reg fee, and i just couldn't pay that much to run around Disney. I am running my first half on March 21st in Ft. Desoto though, super excited/nervous!

Good luck! I did the 5k for the Princess last year and had a great time. Disney races are so well organized! Take along your camera!

Thanks girls! One of my friends did it last year and said it was awesome and they have characters to cheer you on. I hope I do well.... this will pretty much determine if I'll attempt to do the Half Ironman next year if they have it at Fort Wilderness...this is my first half marathon so hopefully I won't pass out at the end....

GL! That's awesome that you're doing the half. I'd like to do a half some day, but right now I'm just working up to doing a 10K.

My husband and I and a bunch of our running friends are doing it.  We will all be wearing pink tutus...yes, even hubby!  He volunteered for that. Very comfortable in his masculinity.    I'm excited about it...it's my 5th half.

Evie is my running partner so I wanted to come on here and show her some love!! I'm running the half marathon with her, and I have no doubt that she will do amazingly well!!!!
