Have any of you tried this?  I'm curious about it but it's quite a bit of money to try without hearing any real experiences with it.

Someone has given me the bootleg version of a few episodes. Flame away ladies! I look at is trial version! It is really hard!!  I would buy the full version when I am in a better shape and can do several push ups and chin ups.

My H does it at work.  He's pretty fit- as in runs and lifts weight regularly-and it still kicks his ass every time.  He does it every third day and then cardio and weights in between.  He did it sporadically for about 6 months but has really been hitting it regularly the last month.  He's gotten great results from it, though.

 That's true, they all seem to love it.  I also think some of them have before/after shots too if you ask?  Good luck!

I've heard good things about it - I think I would pass out after 5 min though, it looks intense!

you could probably find copies on ebay for pretty cheap if you want to go that route.
