I'm making White Chili tonight, but didn't realize that my recipe needs to cook for 10-12 hours in the crockpot...Oops! We're so not eating dinner between 8-10 tonight 
I saw your recipe, but I don't have any half and half on hand...do you think it would work with whole milk or should i keep searching for another recipe?

whole milk will work great! its not much milk anyway, it just adds a little bit of creaminess and balances the spice

That sounds great! I don't think whole milk would be too much different than half and half. I say go for it!
I was making chili the other week and FI decided that becuase he likes it a little spicy he should dump and ENTIRE thing of chili powder in. : I Thanks, guy.
