For v-day, I scored us tickets to the local chocolatier's Chocolate 101 class with an additional wine pairing tonight.
Chocolate making and tasting from the bean all the way through to the bar and wine paired with his 5 different kinds of chocolate. I am trey excited. It will be a good ending to a rather crappy couple of days.

We're going to brunch and I am getting crab hollandaise, which is eggs benedict made with a crab cake (instead of canadian bacon). This makes me happy.
Mmmm, [anything] benedict is good in my opinion.
Oh, random kitchen note. Those little cuppy things that you use to poach eggs? Work MAGNIFICENTLY. Makes making homemade eggs benedict a lot easier.
