Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hi VA Nesties:
March 27, 2010 is the National Walk for Epilepsy in Washington, D.C. My DH has Epilepsy and so we are going to support the Epilepsy Foundation in his honor and to support the Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia. If you are interested in going, go to: www.walkforepilepsy.org
To benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia specifically, all you have to do is register as a walker (or create a walking group if you want) and choose the EFVA as your company.
I hope some of you that are closer to D.C. can come. If not, register as a "Virtual Walker!"
