Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I've heard of horror stories with Windows Updates and just experienced it myself. Two nights ago when I shut off DH's computer, there were updates to install, so I installed them, no issues. Last night, my computer wanted to install the updates so I did. After work today, I start it up and the blue screen of death.

Luckily, I was able to look up info on other computer and find our OS disk so I could fix it. Not really how I wanted to spend my evening! I hope no one else has this problem; so frustrating.

I once ran a Windows Update that permanently uninstalled my wireless card......it was/is a bug that HP refuses to acknowledge. So I feel ya! How annoying!
