Economy in Nashville
DH and I are looking to relocate to Nashville, we've found places we can afford but we want to make sure he would have a job lined up before we moved. How are the jobs in Nashville? Is it like the rest of the country with the economy?

I was unemployed for 9 months and just managed to find a temp job with the state. HR said SEVEN HUNDRED people applied for the FIVE positions I have one of. 700 applicants for a temp job with no benefits! I had two friends apply for an entry-level, fresh out of law school attorney position with the state that pays peanuts and there were 341 applicants.
So, uh, yeah, stay in Florida for the next while if you have jobs.
