Re: TGIF! What's up for the weekend?
Tonight - baking a dairy-free chocolate cake for my mom...wish me luck!
Tomorrow - birthing class. relax at home. off to mom's house for dinner for her birthday (will pick up vegan cake at whole foods if my cake is a bust
).
Sunday - packing!!! valentine's dinner in the city (celebrating our last valentine's alone, and getting our mortgage commitment from the bank!!).
I'm ready to get started now!! Is it 4:30 yet???

No idea what we'll do tonight.
Tomorrow I am assuming that they will have their sports class (everything's been closed all week) and then I might take them to Costco and perhaps run some more errands since L has to work (her office never closed during the snow and she was expected to work from home - easier said than done with 2 preschoolers at home!) She did work a lot this week, but is having to take today off b/c the kids' preschool is closed.) I need to work on shoveling snow off of the deck (all 40" of it!)
Sunday we'll probably head to the grocery store since we ran through a lot of food being stuck at home all week and we need to go to the paint your own pottery place to pick up tiles they painted for our mirror. We might also take *another* trip to the mall to let the kids run around/play since they can't play outside sue to the ridiculous amount of snow!
nothing too exciting...
Andrea wants to work a bunch this weekend so I'll be on my own with the kids. The highlight will probably be tomorrow morning when my parents offered to come with us car shopping so they can watch the kids and we can actually do some test driving. woohoo

Got Fed taxes back this morning! This is going to be a GREAT weekend!
Today - Bake a cake and cupcakes for DD's birthday party tomorrow. Bake a Valentine's cake for a friend. Clean the house and the yard for the birthday party. Buy DW a truck she has been eyeing, a 1977 Ford Courier.
Saturday - Decorate for the party and HAVE FUN!
Sunday - Make V Day breakfast for DW and DD. Spend time with DD while DW is at work. Make dinner for DW and DD, then DW and I might go see a drag king show, not sure yet. Oh and I'm surprising DW with a beach cruiser that she's wanted. Oh yeah and I'm going to dig up my garden beds and plant some veggies and flowers.

Tonight - no clue. I'm still making my way through yummy leftovers from my birthday including cheesecake!
Saturday - The crib mattress arrived on Tuesday. And for my b-day my mom bought me our bedding set. So I've told K before we do anything else on Saturday I'd like to get the crib all set up.
Sunday & Monday are completely open at this point. K needs to do a lot of writing so I'll likely work on small house projects. A shopping trip to a bulk foods store will take place and I'm hoping to get the oil in my truck changed as well as get it washed and vacuumed thoroughly.
LMC has her visit today and we will probably go out to dinner and run errands later. I have to finish our report for the upcoming court date. I want to do a Valentine's Day craft and some baking with the girls. We want to do something new, we are so bored. We may try a zoo or a local farm. It's still up for debate. I just know I will be leaving the house come hell or high water :-)
Tonight: we'll probably go out for drinks with a friend. She and her boyfriend have been fighting after being snowed in together for a week and she's desparately trying to not go home.
Sat, I'm probably just bum around and do housework. We leave Saturday afternoon for our trip.
Sun and Mon: We spending valentine's in annapolis. It's supposed to snow on Monday which I am definitely not looking forward to. My love affair with snow was dampened considerably lately.
I am on vacation!
Tonight no plans but I would like to order out. We will see if that happens.
Sat S is going to meet a friend for lunch and E and I will be hanging out.
Sunday we are going to S's parents at some point to sleep over.
Monday drive to S's grandparents so little E and big E can hang out.
Tuesday Museum of fine arts (we decided that since you can't touch anything in the museum it may not be too germy and I need to get out of the house. I have been to work and the grocery store and that is about it since going back to work. I need a little bit of a life) and perhaps a quick swing by the nicu if our nurse is on (the mfa and the hospital are almost next door to each other).
Wednesday no plans
Thursday I am meeting my friend at the outlets and shopping til I drop!
Don't know about next weekend yet but I am sure I will have something to do!
We are on vacation this next week too
I am probably going to work all night tonight to get out of my office. But then 8 days in Kauai!!!
It is our belated-honeymoon/babymoon. We have no firm plans for while we are there--just a lot of relaxing alternated with hiking/exploring.
