anywhere in the US, what would be your top 3 destinations?
It's kind of a blah day, we could use some lala-land time.
What about top 3 destinations anywhere in the world?
Matt loves Munkii!!!
Re: If you could live...
US
1. New York, Manhattan...nothing against the other boroughs. Although, there are some pretty cute neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
2. Seattle.
3. Austin. I love TX...love.
Entire World
1. Tampico, Mex. It's where most of my family lives, right on the beach, it's home.
2. Barcelona. Mind you, I've never been, but everyone says it's amazing. The architecture, the food, the people.
3. Taiwan. It would keep DH fluent in his Chinese, it would force me to learn. We'd be near friends. Plus, there are lots of opportunities.
US:
1. San Diego
2. Seattle
3. Bristol, RI
Entire World:
1. Aruba
2. Aruba

3. Anywhere on the coast of Italy....
US:
1. New York, NY (Manhattan or Brooklyn, I've got friends in both places so I'd be good either way...and I'd work for Kelly Cutrone! I'd be so bomb at that business (every time DH and I watch her new show he is like "wow, you'd so rock that. You wouldn't f-up like those b!tches"...too bad I like making $$ and working set hours!)

US
1. Los Angeles, CA (I live in Orange County and I love L.A.!)
2. New York, NY (So glam!)
3. Somewhere on the coast in North Carolina (just like a Nicholas Sparks Novel)
World
1. Rincon de Guayabitos, MEX or Mismaloya, MEX (we drove through these two cities while on our honeymoon... gorgeous tropical beaches)
2. Dublin, Ireland (to celebrate my heritage!)
3. Prague, Czech Republic (never been but heard it is the most beautiful city in all of Europe).
Let's go! I have heard amazing things about it! And I just watched an episode about Prague on "No Reservations" by Anthony Bourdain and it looks so fabulous!
Santorini and Portland are also excellent choices.
Agreed on Portland! It's a nice city! (Again, Juangela, with the wisdom!)
I can vouch for that! I live in Brooklyn and sell real estate in both boroughs, and Brooklyn is just much more home-y. You don't get the nice decompression feeling after you cross the river on your way home at the end of the day if you live in Manhattan. And the neighborhood togetherness is just not there in Manhattan either. We've had many friends move to BK after spending some time in our 'hood.
Well, since I live in NYC now and am moving to SF in 3 months, I guess those are my first 2 choices. For a third, maybe Portland, though I hear it's a little vanilla.
Internationally: London, Florence and Barcelona... not that I've been to any of them.

I realize I'm a day late with this, but DH's been keeping me busy helping him at the car show at the fair grounds. That said, I really want to live:
In the US:
1. Nashville, TN; 2. Moscow, ID (or anywhere in the Pacific Northwest); or 3. Las Vegas (mentioning the state is totally unnecessary here).
Internationally:
1. Ireland; 2. Australia (Sydney or Queensland); 3. England.
Can I join everyone else at Hogwart's?
