TGIF
One of my cw is arguing with one of the assistants. Assistant is head strong and should do what she is asked, but she is talking back. CW has been strung as tight as piano wire and has been laying into the assistants. I think we all need a break.

For this situation, I'd probably be like pouring gas on the fire. We are free enough to have really loose boundaries (which is the cause for the fights) and too strong-willed to control our tempers (which keeps 'em going).
Personally, I'd take a vodka drink right now. I'd shut the door and rock out to my new tunes.
I worked at a place once where a separate dept. had Fiesta Fridays, complete with margaritas, a taco/burrito bar, and mariachi music.
I was tres jealousE since my boss was an overbearingbitch who did not like southerners.
