Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to give an update on my last post about my BC possibly making my libido non existent. Well I went and saw my OBGYN about a month ago to talk about getting an IUD, due to not wanting kids right now and also my low sex drive. My doctor suggested going off the BC for 3 months and to see how it goes. I have a long history of ovarian cyst (which is why I went on the BC in the first place) and he wanted to make sure my body could handle being without hormones. Its been a little over a month and my libido is back! I haven't felt like this in so long! My husband can even tell a change in my attitude and.. well down there! Its great! For anyone out there who believes their BC is making them have a non existent libido, I would suggest from my personal experience to go off of the BC! Try it and see how it goes. Its been going well for us so far! Everyone cross your fingers for no ovarian cyst in the future!!

If you go the IUD route, don't get the Mirena.
My sex drive is dead.
I'm hoping to get my Mirena removed in the next month.
