A Thought

I've been taking a beading class (H was on my case about trying a jewelry class and I didn't want to take the same class that he is so that we still get our alone time) and I'm really enjoying it. I seem to have some talent for it and I find it relaxing and awesome.

We were walking around on Saturday in the City and saw several tables around where people were selling their beaded jewelry. For high prices. For single strand pieces. Not even the weaving stuff that I'm doing (and I'm learning Pearl Knotting next week!). My thought is, put together a collection and either get a vendor license, or find out how much a table is at the weekend Flea Market and try to sell my stuff. It's a total impulse purchase and I could at least make back what I pay in materials. Etsy is also an option.

I just don't want to be one of those etsy sellers that shows up on the boards because her stuff is a) ugly or b) scary.
