Had a good weekend of family time! Not everything turned out as planned, but well when does it ever??!
This week will be good! We FINALLY have a contractor here starting the random projects we have around the house! First up, Zara's room...woot! Very excited!
I have to work today too...boo!
This weekend was great! We went to the Street Food Truck Fest on Saturday and then hit up some other spots. Back to the grind today!

weekend was chill, MH made dinner last night (!!), bought me an orchid plant, girl scout cookies, and chocolate-covered strawberries. he knows how to make me happy!
working today, but I'm pretty sure I'll have tues-fri off so I can't complain too much.
My weekend was good, emotional and a little sad but then it ended on a high note.
This week is work, two papers for school, and Wednesday taking my mom to see The Color Purple at the Pantages!

I would love to know how this play is since I've been watching Fantasia's show on VH-1. I've been wondering how much I would like it since I loved the book and movie.
The majority of this weekend I kicked it with Bella at home while MH was at swimming championships. I did some grocery baby, and general items shopping at Target, Vons and Babies R? Us. There were some good deals this weekend and I had a few coupons to use. Cleaned the house all day Sunday and H made dinner for V-day.
I?m working today too, but it?s quiet.
I don?t think anything new for the work week is going on.
We?re meeting with out tax accountant to do 2009 taxes.
Taking four month pictures of/with Bella this Saturday (taking some in the pool with MH and FIL? hoping she doesn?t go crazy

It was a good weekend.
Friday: Had the neighbors over for dinner, which later turned into a good, drunken evening of playing Guesstures.
Saturday: Chilled at home.
Sunday: Great V-day dinner at the Dining Room.
Today: Running errands and furniture shopping w/ H.
The week shuld fly by. Tomorrow night I'm going to my first Lakers game and the work calendar is looking pretty clear all four days.
Friday: Early Valentine's dinner at Flemings. Food was OK and I was a little disappointed, but the good news is the gift card covered it all.
Saturday: Met with real estate agent, did laundry, and relaxed the rest of the day.
Sunday: Bought tires
, went to the movies and saw Wolfman, lunch at chipotle, and H made dinner.
Working today,Boo! and the rest of the week is looking to be a little busy with work. H and I are going to try and get our taxes done this weekend and we are counting the days until we go to Vegas!

We started with the Sweet Chile Calamari which was way too sweet and rubbery. I had the Filet Mignon with Flemings potatoes for my entree. The Filet came out really rare (I asked for medium) and the potatoes were undercooked and had no flavor. H had the charred porterhouse with sauteed mushrooms. His steak was good but the mushrooms were oily and had no seasoning.
They gave us a $25 gift card to come back as a promotional thing for Valentines Day, so I would maybe go back and give it another try on a non special occasion/holiday weekend.
Other than the fact that I spent most of my weekend in a fog due to still fighting off a cold/sinus infection, we:
watched the opening ceremonies with greasy chinese food, got up at the buttcrack of dawn to go house hunting, put together an offer on a house, finished my corporate & personal taxes to finalize our home loan, saw Bella scoot backwards for the first time, helped with a family crisis out-of-state, had a fabulous dinner at Spark Woodfire in HB, got engaged, came home & drank bubbly with friends.
This week we should be finalizing our home loan & selecting our lender, hopefully hearing back on our offer, maybe starting to pack/downsize.

Ugh. This is why I avoid restaurants like the plague on Valentine's Day.
Weekend was faaaaabulous! Friday we chilled out at home. Saturday I shot an event and made a yummy dinner. Sunday we drove down to Dana Point and ate lunch and people watched for a few hours. Monday I took my H out to lunch, did errands, and generally lazed about.
FIL DID decide to admit himself to the hospital yesterday to get some tests run. We're all hopeful he'll have a diagnosis and recommended treatment soon. I did get some really bad news on my family's side Monday night, but everyone's okay and it looks like my brother will be fine.
I realized I never answered my own post.
I had a fantastic weekend.
Friday - got my hairs done, HH w/ MH, dinner w/ friends
Sat - sat in bed ALL day, ordered pizza
Sun - brunch in LA, walked around The Grove, went up to Griffith Observatory
Mon - sun by the pool

The past 2 weeks have been 2 of the most stressful weeks of my life. Saturday should have provided some closure, but I'm not quite there yet. That said, we enjoyed some good meals this weekend and dealt with a plumbing issue at the new house. At least the weather was gorgeous.
I had a great weekend. I ate and drank a lot, but also exercised a lot. And I saw five of my closest friends.
This week I get to go to Indianapolis (YAY! Another state to cross off my list) for work and San Francisco to meet up with my manfriend.

Friday - Chilled at home. Had my 1st experience with Braxton Hicks Contractions and I was scared shitless!
Saturday - Aqua aerobics, hung out in Old Town San Diego, inherited a boatload of baby stuff from my sister.
Sunday - Church, Valentine's Brunch, then yoga with DH
Monday- Couples Massage and a day off from work.
