AW: Hosted vday Dinner yesterday!
Yesterday was our first dinner party in our new house!
I've included links to all the recipes! For 10 people, I was able to do it all for just under $200. Which isnt to bad considering everything.
I HIGHLY urge you to try to make the Carmelized Onion & Gruyer Cheese tarts for your next dinner party, those were a huge hit and easy to make!
I wanted to do fresh flower centerpieces, but with it being Vday I didnt want to pay the extra $$ that gets tacked on around that time.

Re: AW: Hosted vday Dinner yesterday!
That looks great! Quick question about the tart app... did you make one large one or did you make mini bite-sized ones? I was looking at the recipe and wondering if I could make them mini finger food size for a party this weekend. Maybe I could cut smaller circles out of the pie crust? What about doing them in a mini muffin pan... would that work?
Thanks!
I got 2 pie crusts and made 2 tarts, that when folded up were prob about 6-8" around. Which I cut up into about 6 pieces.
I bet you could make little mini ones. Maybe just watch them incase they bake up faster?
They were soooo good, all the guests raved about them!
