Growing up Green
Anyone read this book? By Deirdre Imus? I was browsing at Borders the other day and it was on sale for $1! I decided to purchase.

I hated it. Really, really hated it. Most of what she says is anecdotal and not based on anything other than her opinion, which I found unreliable.
Better alternative: Raising Baby Green.

My MIL gave it to me which was a nice thought on her part but I agree, a horrible book....I still have it because I don't want to throw away a book but refuse to pass it on because I don't want anyone to read it. My main beef is that she says that it is too difficult to do cloth diapers...way to perpetuate the myth (IMO at least)....and I don't believe that she can't do it....no offense but if I can with two full time working parents, I have a hard time understanding why it was too difficult for her.
